DeKalb Chamber Welcomes Five to Board of Directors
New board members to be installed at DeKalb Chamber 79th Annual MeetingDECATUR, Ga., – Feb. 9, 2017 – The DeKalb Chamber of Commerce announces the appointment of five new members to serve on the organization’s Board of Directors. New board members will serve a three-year term.

The new board members will be installed during the Chamber’s 79th Annual Meeting on Thursday, February 23 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Georgia Aquarium, 225 Baker Street NW in Atlanta.
MGM Resorts International President Bill Hornbuckle will serve as the keynote speaker. He will discuss MGM Resorts International and what a destination casino resort could mean for Georgia. If the Legislature and then voters approve the Constitutional Amendment, MGM Resorts has expressed interest in developing a truly unique resort in the Atlanta metropolitan area creating thousands of jobs and generating tens of millions of dollars in annual spending with local businesses.
